  1. Wow-Kazow! They are awesome, and the worship sinks right to the soul. I need to listen to more of this and music like it. It put me in the mood for the old hymnals. It reminded me of "Everything To God In Prayer."

  2. Wonderful!!

There are two songs that come to mind that make me shout inside. One is newer, and the other is old.

I love "Revelation Song." I think the best I ever heard it sung was at a women's conference with about 15,000 other women. A touch of heaven.

And, the other song is the "Hallelujah Chorus" by Handel. This song makes me cry, it's so beautiful.

Isn't it wonderful how music stirs our very souls?! Heaven's choir of multitudes singing to the glory of God is going to be something to behold!!!

    GOD BLESS!

  3. My five year old grand daughter said this song gave her could chills. I am sure the folks who live above me are tired of this song since I have played it all day. I like Everything To God In Prayer also...

  7. May we never cease to praise Him! It's easy to praise His wonders when we hear voices like these. Beautiful and powerful. Thanks for sharing this Betty. It's a new song to me.

  10. Hi Betty! What voices!! I can see why you love it so well. Isn't it wonderful how we all love different songs? The Spirit calls us in all different ways.

I really like "Creed" by Rich Mullins. It gets my hands slapping, and I can sing what I believe right along with him. Love that!

    Have a peaceful night,
    Ceil

  12. Ceil, I like that song too by Rich Mullins. My son introduced me to Rich several years ago. Some people use their voice to speak, preach, teach and sing about Him. I am sure it all makes His heart glad.

  13. Betty,

Songs are inspiring and encouraging, huh? I like many of the current contemporary worship songs too, including Crowder's, Gungor's, and more.

Re your comment on my post "Kindle Instant Intimacy..." that's so true, huh, that the little things are powerful. Mmm, smells are meaningful to me too.

    Nice to talk,

  14. Jennifer, as I read your reply I thought, God is into to smells too, our prayers are a sweet fragrant to Him. Always encouraged when I stop by your site. Continue to pray for me and this Ladies Retreat in Oct. Today I was ask to do the last session too in which we will take communion. God is flooding me with such good material and I have learned to take it in the order He gives and usually that ends up being my outline. Blessings.

  15. Great song. A song I really love right now is 'Jesus, Messiah'. The words in it are beautiful. The bridge especially.

'All my delight is in you, Lord.
    All of my hope.
    All of my strength.'

It makes my soul leap every time to sing those words. I love 'Revelation Song' too, and there's a celtic song - 'Distant World' - by a Christian group called Eden's bridge, that I just never tire of.

  16. I love Celtic music but have not heard the song you mentioned. What a God we serve to create all types of music for the ears He created. How bland our world would be if there were only one style...

  17. Betty,
Isn't it wonderful when we find a song that just speaks to our heart? So happy you have one....Right now I'm listening a lot to Audrey Assad"s song "I Shall Not Want"...prayed today for your speaking at the ladies retreat :)

  18. Thanks Dolly for the prayer. I met today with the lady who will do the music for the retreat. It was encouraging to hear how God was knitting our hearts together. I will have to listen to your song...
